Numotech has always offered Numobag® Kit training. Trainees have included physicians, surgeons, nurses, caregivers, and family members. Training has ranged from phone instruction for overseas clinical staff, caregivers, and family members to formal classes for physicians and surgeons as shown below. Numotech created a certification course for nurses which includes both in person and online modules.

News Release Regarding Clinical Training for Plastic Surgeons in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Numotech conducted training for plastic surgeons in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The following news release was translated from Arabic.

Burn Unit Training, Riyadh Military Hospital, Saudi Arabia

After successfully treating a senior member of the Saudi Royal Family for a diabetic foot ulcer, Numotech was invited to present and train physicians and surgeons on this technology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Numotech conducted over 20 training sessions at Saudi military, Ministry of Health, university, national guard, and private hospitals in the Kingdom. Sessions began in hospital meeting rooms with lectures and demonstrations followed by hands on training with patients.

Patient #1

Training moves to the wards. The first patient is a middle-aged man with burns over 80 percent of his body. Trainees place the patient in the Numobag® and begin treatment.

Patient #2

The second patient for the training session is a young girl who was accidentally burned with cooking oil. Trainees place her in the Numobag® and treatment begins. The little girl is healed and survives.
